1 pkg of onion soup mix
2 cups water
2 T flour

mix soup & flour and then add water slow w/a wisk

Pour gravy, meat mix into bottom of a greased or sprayed casserole dish.
Drain vegs sprinkle over the meat mix
Top with mashed potatoes that already made & ready to use.
Top with cheese and heat 15-20 mins.

put on table and eat-should feed atleast your family of 4-6
*You can make half and serve with salad, bread of some sort
and it should keep everyone from being hungry until breakfast.
*This could be made as is and made into portions for 1 or two people
for a couple of nights dinners. Just plate (heat & serve kind) w/o salad or
anything else and freeze in zip bag. When your ready to eat, heat, serve w/salad, bread.
Nice instant dinner!
