Beans & Weenies aka Redneck Casserole
Redneck casserole
This recipe originally found on recipezaar.
Not a bad recipe but it does need some spice.
So I've added seasoning to the recipe.
Redneck casserole
2 (16 ounce) can baked beans
8 hot dogs, cut into fourths (cut length wise and then halves)
4 cups tater tots
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1med onion, diced
1 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook@450X25 minutes
Mix beans, onions and hot dog pieces well inside of a 9x13 casserole dish.
Swoosh pan around to flatten beans out a bit. Pour bag of tots out on top.
Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the top.
Throw into the oven and bake. When your timer goes off sprinkle with the cheese and just
close the oven door a couple of minutes. Remove to serve.
