CHICKEN STIR-FRY SANDWICH

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Sliced red bell pepper
Sliced green bell pepper
Chopped onion
1/4 tsp. Chopped garlic
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
whole wheat Pita
1 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt or nonfat ranch-style dressing

Method
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add chicken, vegetables and seasonings. Stir-fry until chicken is done and vegetables are to your liking. Warm Pita in microwave. Spread yogurt or dressing in Pita. Fill with chicken stir-fry.
