Italian Chicken and Potatoes

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 medium sized bottle of Italian dressing - I always use Kraft
4-6 medium sized white potatoes, cut into desired sized pieces (skin on or off, your preference)1/2 cup flourcooking oil
1 T Italian seasoning
1 egg
Mix flour with Italian seasoning. Dip chicken in egg, then in flour mixture.
Brown both sides of chicken in medium-hot skillet with cooking oil.
Place chicken and potatoes in your crock pot, pouring the Italian dressing over all.
Cook on low 6-8 hours. I usually serve with green beans and hot rolls. Enjoy!

You can always dump the chicken breasts in the crockpot uncooked and fry afterwards.
That way the flavor is already in the chicken instead of being blocked out.
