Apple Butter
10 large peeled, cored, and slicked cooking apples- fill slow cooker ¾
way
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup apple cider
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbls cinnamon
Add all ingredients except cinnamon and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add cinnamon and cook 10 hours more.
Pour mixture into food processor until smooth.
