6 peaches 2 tsp sugar 1/2 c white grape juice 1 T cinnamon
Raspberry Sauce 1 bag of frozen raspberries 2 T lemon juice
Add peaches to a pot of water. Bring to a boil and simmer 2-3 minutes. Remove and let cool. When cool enough to handle remove skins and cut into halves. Removing pits. In a medium sauce pan add juice, sugar, cinnamon and peaches. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove peaches and contuine to cook syrup until thick. Cover peaches with syrup and let cool. Take raspberry, lemon juice and add to a blender. Puree until smooth; strain through sieve. Add peaches to a serving bowl and top with raspberry sauce. Can serve with vanilla ice cream for a quick and easy dessert.

3 c low fat yogurt 1/8 tsp ground mace 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 2 T orange marmalade 4 pints strawberries, hulled and halved. Orange slices
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mace, nutmeg and marmalade. Chill for 2 hours. Spoon yogurt mix over strawberries. Garnish with orange slices.

2 bags of frozen mixed fruit 1/4 chopped fresh mint 1 cup of regular low fat yogurt 2 T lowfat sour cream 4 T honey Cheesecloth or clean dish towel
Pour fruit into a meduim bowl and mix with mint. Combine yogurt and sour cream well in a small bowl. Drain through a towel-lined strainer for 15 minutes. Spoon fruit mix into bowls and top with yogurt mixture. Drizzle with honey and top with addtional mint leaves if you have them. Serve chilled.
