Chili the Southern Comfort way.
Try what you drink for the flavor you like.

Comfort Chili

1 1/2 cups Southern Comfort
2 lbs cubed beef chuck
1 large onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small jalapeno pepper, diced
4 cloves of garlic, diced
1lb pork sausage
6 oz can tomato paste
8 oz water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon mustard flour
1 lb cooked pinto beans
1 fresh tomato, diced
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons onion salt
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons red pepper
3 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons cumingrated cheese

Marinate cubed chuck with Southern Comfort overnight.
Heat the beans in a crock pot on high while preparing other ingredients.
In a large pan with butter, crumble in the sausage and add the marinated meat.
Brown them slightly and add the onion, peppers, garlic, and chilies.
Once sauteed, add ingredients of pan to the beans. Add tomato paste and water.
Wait about 15-20 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients, except for the cheese.
Slow cook overnight or 8-10 hours
Serve with he grated cheese on top.
